About ILASPP

Strengthening Climate-Informed Spatial Planning and Land Administration

The Integrated Land Administration and Spatial Planning Project (ILASP) is a national initiative led by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) with support from the World Bank. The project strengthens climate-informed spatial planning, land tenure security, and modern land administration through integrated geospatial information, land registration, digital land information systems, and large-scale base maps.

Program Structure

The project comprises five integrated components

Together, these components strengthen climate-informed spatial planning, land tenure security, land administration, and the geospatial foundation needed for sustainable development in Indonesia.

Component 01

Climate-Informed Spatial Planning

This Component will finance data development and consulting services for the RDTRs and RTR KSNs.

Integrating land administration and spatial planning for climate resilience

ILASPP integrates spatial planning, land tenure, land information systems, and large-scale geospatial mapping to support climate action and sustainable development across Indonesia.

  • Climate-informed spatial planning Modern RDTR and spatial planning supported by high-resolution geospatial data for resilient and sustainable land use.
  • Secure land tenure Systematic land registration, customary land recognition, and village boundary clarification strengthen legal certainty.
  • Integrated land information Modern land information systems and nationwide large-scale base maps improve public services, valuation, and decision making.
