3. Land Information System & Valuation
This Component will support the development of a modern Land Information System (LIS), and production of ZNT maps to strengthen integrated land administration.
3. Land Information System & Valuation
The Component consists of:
- Land Information System. Supporting the development of a modem land information system on an integrated platform to deliver efficient, transparent, and reliable land information services to the Indonesian government and the public, including: (a) development of spatial planning and support system; (b) production of land-thematic maps and an integrated land-thematic geoportal; (c) development of a 3D-based multipurpose land information system, including building features in priority areas; and (d) strengthening ICT infrastructure and service provision.
- Land and Property Valuation. Supporting generation and rollout of Land Value Zone maps in the Target Areas to create a comprehensive valuation system with country-wide single references of land.
